Don’t forget to log weights and progress on your TrueCoach app. If you are struggling or would like additional help with TrueCoach, please let the coach know and they can assist you during your workouts. Monitor other metrics like energy levels, physical changes - progress pictures, bodyweight and health markers such as resting heart rate.
3. Prioritise Proper Form
Focus on technique to prevent injuries and ensure you’re working the right muscles. Start with lighter weights to master the form.
4. Gradual Progression
Increase intensity slowly and listen to your body. Gradually add weight or reps to your exercises.
5. Balanced Training
The program is customised to provide a balanced mix of strength training, mobility, stability, core exercises, and cardio.
6. Nutrition and Recovery
Eat a balanced diet to support muscle repair and growth. Prioritise sleep and rest days for recovery. Ask for specific nutritional guidance with your coach based on your goals and activity levels.
7. Stay Motivated
Book your SGPT sessions in advance to keep on track, celebrate small wins, and stay connected with your coach to continually progress throughout the program.
