Nicole is the founder of BASE. My love for health and fitness started when I was young, while competing on an international stage with the Irish Taekwon-do team. With many accolades under my belt, I retired from my Taekwon-do career ranking 3rd in the world. My love for sport and martial arts at a very young age gave me the understanding of the importance of discipline and consistency which are now the key cornerstones of my coaching style and business.
We use Glofox to book training sessions. Glofox will allow you to purchase a membership, fitness classes and small group personal training sessions.
The Glofox booking system allows you to book up to 14 days in advance for personal training sessions.
Yes, we can pause memberships if you are away on holidays for more than 7 days.
We do not do set meal plans. We prefer to coach clients on how to have a sustainable diet based on their goals. Clients will receive calories and macronutrients to aim for each day. This allows clients to have the flexibility for the types of foods that they enjoy and your goal is to hit the calorie/macro target. This teaches clients how to handle their nutrition around their life while improving their overall health, maximising performance in the gym and improving their body composition.
We train everyone here at BASE.
Buddy PT slots (2 on 1) are available. Buddies must join up together and come to each training session together.
