We have the pleasure of coaching these amazing young ladies in there off season for GAA. Our main focus for the first block of training is learning how to perform exercises that will help these athletes stay injury free, strong and healthy.
An area of weakness for many children & teenagers are glutes, groins, hamstrings and upper body strength. I’m excited to see how these athletes develop and perform in and outside the pitch.
