Back to School Teen Gym at BASE Fitness Health
As the new school year kicks off, it’s the perfect time to help teens establish healthy routines that will support their physical and mental well-being. At BASE Fitness Health, we're excited to offer a Back to School Teen Gym program designed specifically to help teens get active, build strength, and boost their confidence—all in a fun, supportive environment.

Teens today face a lot of pressures, from schoolwork to social life, and staying fit is one of the best ways to manage stress, stay focused, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our Teen Gym sessions are structured to suit young people of all fitness levels, with expert guidance from our qualified trainers. Whether your teen is just getting started or already active, our sessions are designed to:
- Build Strength: Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, strength training, and cardio, teens will develop muscle strength and improve their overall fitness.
- Improve Endurance: Boost stamina with a combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and functional fitness exercises.
- Enhance Coordination and Flexibility: We incorporate balance and mobility exercises to improve coordination and reduce the risk of injury in other activities like sports.
- Foster Confidence: Fitness is about more than just physical gains—it’s about building self-esteem, setting goals, and feeling good about progress. We create an encouraging atmosphere where teens can thrive.
When and Where?
- Every Wednesday at 3:30 PM
- Every Saturday at 1:00 PM
- Duration: 45-minute sessions
- Price: €10 per session (Pay As You Go)
Our Teen Gym sessions are held at BASE Fitness Health in Frankfield location, making it convenient for teens to drop in after school or on weekends.
What to Expect?
Each session is led by one of our experienced trainers, who will guide the group through a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down/stretch session. Our approach ensures that teens stay engaged and have fun while learning proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
How to Get Started
No long-term commitment is needed—simply show up and enjoy a fun, active 45 minutes. All fitness levels are welcome! Teens can attend as often as they like, with the flexibility of our Pay As You Go system for only €10 per session. Encourage your teen to give it a try and experience the benefits of regular exercise.
