IS THERE PARKING OUTSIDE THE GYM?

There is plenty of FREE parking on the street outside the gym.

HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSIONS?

Once signed up, you will book and access your sessions via our facility booking app and this is where you can see our full timetable.

HOW OFTEN CAN I TRAIN IN THE GYM?

With our flexible membership options, you can choose a plan that fits your schedule and goals:
2 Sessions Per Week: Perfect for those starting their fitness journey or balancing a busy lifestyle.
3 Sessions Per Week: Ideal for consistent progress and building strength, fitness, and routine.
Unlimited Sessions: For those ready to fully commit and maximize their training potential with no limits!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY FIRST SESSION AT BASE?

In your first session at BASE, we’ll focus on getting to know you and your goals. Here’s what you can expect:
Consultation & Assessment:
We’ll sit down to discuss your fitness goals, any injuries or concerns, and your current fitness level. This helps us create a personalized plan that’s right for you.
Tour of the Facility:
We’ll give you a quick tour of our private training space, so you’re familiar with the environment.
Introductory Workout:
Depending on your goals, we may guide you through a light workout to assess your mobility, strength, and endurance.
Goal Setting & Next Steps:
We’ll discuss a plan for moving forward and book your next session based on your schedule and preferences. Most importantly, expect a supportive and welcoming environment where you’ll feel motivated and empowered every step of the way!

ARE YOU AN OPEN GYM?

No. We are private training facility. We are appointment based & If you would like to arrange a consultation please email us info@basefitnesshealth.com to book in.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

NOPE! Everything is tailored to your current fitness level,  you will be expertly coached to your specific needs. We offer small group personal training which is max 6 people in a group to allow for personalised training.

WHEN CAN I START TRAINING?

You can start your fitness journey with BASE right away! Book a call or a consultation with us, and we’ll create a personalized roadmap tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule.Let’s take the first step toward your healthier, stronger, and fitter future together!
